Our core processing system upgrade is just a few weeks away. This is an exciting change for you, as it will greatly improve your banking experience. However, we would like to make you aware that some services will be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade period of April 4 through April 12.
We appreciate your patience throughout this time, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have concerns or would like to speak to an associate to learn more, we would be happy to help. Just call 970-882-7600 or stop by a branch.

What will change, and what will stay the same?
Why are you upgrading the core processing system?
Your banking experience is important to us, and this upgrade is necessary in order to provide you with the highest level of service possible.
During the upgrade, will I still be able to access my accounts?
Yes, account access will be available during the upgrade – but in a limited capacity. Please refer to the schedule above for more information on service interruptions and more. (As a reminder, the upgrade begins on Monday, April 4, and should be completed by Tuesday, April 12.)
How will the upgrade impact automatic withdrawals and direct deposits?
All automatic withdrawals and direct deposits should proceed normally.
Can I use my Dolores State Bank debit or ATM cards during the upgrade?
Our debit and ATM cards will be changing during this time. The last day to use your current card is Wednesday, April 6. Please begin using your new card Thursday, April 7.
Will my information be secure throughout the upgrade?
Yes, your security is always our top priority, and your account information will remain protected as we complete this upgrade.
What if the upgrade takes longer than expected?
While we do not anticipate any delays in completing the upgrade, we will post updates on our website and social media pages if the upgrade extends beyond the currently scheduled April 12 completion date.

Need to access your funds during our upgrade? Here’s how:
- Our branches will be open normal business hours during the upgrade. Stop by a branch for any of your banking needs.
- Use your debit card.
- Withdraw cash at ATMs (Dolores State Bank ATMs unavailable April 7).
- Use checks.
